Heviran Comfort 200mg for Herpes Simplex treatment
Heviran Comfort treats recurrent cold sores and facial herpes caused by the herpes simplex virus in adults. It can only be used in patients who have been diagnosed with herpes simplex virus infection in the past. This product works by inhibiting the replication of viral DNA, this way preventing the virus from multiplying and spreading.
Benefits of using this product
- Treatment of recurrent Herpes simplex infections (cold sores, facial herpes) – It shortens the duration of outbreaks, reduces the severity of symptoms (pain, itching, burning, swelling), and speeds up healing.
- Primary or recurrent genital herpes – Helps reduce viral replication, speed recovery of painful lesions, and reduce the time during which the patient is contagious.
- Prevention of recurrent outbreaks (prophylaxis) – Patients who frequently get herpes recurrences, regular or intermittent use can reduce the number and/or severity of flare-ups.
- Varicella-zoster virus infections (chickenpox, shingles) – Acyclovir can reduce severity, duration, and complications if given sufficiently early.
How to use Heviran Comfort
- Take 1 tablet every 4 hours (with a night break) for 5 days.
- Use plenty of water during the day to avoid kidney damage and reduce the likelihood of side effects.
