Diohespan Max increases venous tone and protects blood vessels. It also increases lymphatic drainage through enhanced peristalsis (motility) of the lymphatic vessels and lymph flow. In addition, the drug acts on microcirculation, reducing the permeability of small blood vessels, perivascular inflammation, and microcirculation stasis. The product also reduces the susceptibility of small blood vessels to rupture. Recommended to use in early stages of chronic venous insufficiency or as an adjunct to other therapies in all stages of venous insufficiency.

How to use Diohespan Max
- Chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs: 1 tablet daily, with a meal. Duration of treatment: at least 4-5 weeks.
- Exacerbation of hemorrhoid symptoms: 3 tablets daily for the first 4 days, then 2 tablets daily for the next 3 days, with meals.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- The dividing line on the tablet is intended to facilitate swallowing, not to divide it into equal doses.
